Assessments

House & Associates sends statements and/or coupons to owners. We offer a variety of payment options for the owners; see payment information page for details. We verify that payments are posted to proper homeowner accounts. We work with attorneys and collection agencies for the handling of past-due accounts.

Vendor Payments

House & Associates verifies that the amount invoiced agrees with the contracts/bids before processing for payment. We verify that all vendor information is on file for year-end reporting. We also check that the vendor is properly insured, for your communities protection.

Ownership

House & Associates is the Board’s liaison with Title Companies for all closing matters.  We provide all new owners with Welcome letters, Governing Documents and any necessary paperwork.  Afterward, owner records are updated in a timely manner and is reported monthly to the Board.

Referrals/Miscellaneous

We will assist the Board as needed with referrals for:

• Maintenance Vendors
• Attorneys
• Tax Preparers
• Other Professionals

House & Associates also offers:

• Notary Services for Members/Owners at No Charge
• Attend Meetings as Requested
• Mass Mailing to all Owners

House & Associates utilizes Vantaca to prepare monthly financial statements and delivers electronically to the Board. We work with the Board to customize their reporting needs, to include all the associations financial institutions.

Monthly reports may include:

• Balance Sheet
• Income/Expense Report
• General Ledger
• Aging
• New Owner Report
• Cash Disbursements
• Bank Statement & Reconciliation

Other reports

• Assist Board with preparation of Budget
• Homeowner Year-End Financial Report

Owners Portal

The Owner Portal is a private and password-protected site for each community, homeowners can access their individual information, pay assessments, review their account status, access governing documents and regulations and much more.  This area can be customized to include important information to keep owners informed.

Additionally, within the portal board members have a special area under their personal login, providing an un-paralleled level of transparency.  Boards can access downloadable financial reports in real time review owner listing including balances emails, phone and much more.
