• Check and On-Line Bill Pay- Owners may pay their monthly fees by writing a traditional check or by using their bank's online bill pay feature.  All payments should be made payable to the Association, be sure to include your coupon, write account number and/or unit address on check and mail to the following address:

• Credit Card - Owners may pay monthly fees using their credit card.  Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.  There is a $9.95 processing fee when paying by credit card.  Please note Visa cards are no longer accepted. 

• E-Check- Owners may pay their fees by e-check.  There are no processing fees involved with paying by e-check.
