About Us:

House & Associate LLC was established in 2004 by Mary House, with the purpose of providing self managed Homeowners Associations professional and personalized accounting and bookkeeping services and assistance with management.  In 2007 we expanded by offering Management Companies accounting services for the Homeowners Associations they manage. 

House & Associates provides accounts payable, accounts receivables and financial reporting to 35 communities including three Management Companies in the Saint Louis and Saint Charles counties. 

House & Associates  is affiliated with Attorneys, Community Managers and Insurance Agents and is a member of Community Association Institute.
